Tickets are $35 for pre-judging and $50 for finals. Combo tickets for Judging and finals are $75 . Under 5 y/o FREE.

Coach Passes are $130 and will provide you with tickets for both shows, VIP seating in the front rows and access to the pump room to be with your athlete. Purchase prior to the show by  looking for the Venmo and Zelle links in the TICKET SECTION on this site.

We do not check suit bottoms at the Competitor Check-In.  Suit bottoms must fit in "Good Taste" An expediter will check your suit bottom - backstage, during the line-up of competitors.  If a suit is in question the Head Expeditor and or Head Judge will have final approval.  The suit must then be changed.  If you have a question relative to whether your suit is appropriate, please bring a second suit. Inappropriate suits will NOT be permitted on stage.

There is a right and wrong choice for the classic physique shorts. Please play it safe and order from this link on the NPC News ONLINE site. CLICK HERE.  .  DO not wear shorts that say IFBB Pro.

There are a lot of options. A few that we recommend are  Jacked Alien, FIED , or CHULA wear and Alphalete You can find more detailed information regarding length etc HERE.

 Judging is done in the morning primarily. This is where an athlete can really benefit from cheers and support! You typically should have a good idea of where you will place at night and if it looks good for you - your family and friends can always get a ticket to finals. But for extra support they should come to both!!

Yes. For example if you have won your class in Bikini but are now competing in Figure - you may compete as a Novice for Figure.
